New York hotel rooms a the Red Carpet Inn

"Dear Management of Hotel Edison Times Square, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property from April 24 to April 25, 2026, in Room 301. During the course of my stay, I encountered multiple serious issues that significantly impacted my experience: First, upon arrival and throughout the duration of my stay, there were numerous service deficiencies that were not adequately addressed by hotel staff. Additionally, I utilized your valet parking service and paid a fee of $75. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that $50 in cash, which had been left inside the ashtray with the vehicle secured, was missing. This raises serious concerns regarding the security and integrity of your valet service. Furthermore, on Saturday, April 25th, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the fire alarm was activated. I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times by dialing “0,” but received no response. As a result, I was forced to go down three floors in person. When I reached the front desk, I was informed that there was no issue and was instructed to return to my room, despite the alarm continuing to sound for an additional 15 minutes. This situation was both alarming and unacceptable from a safety standpoint. Following my departure, I made several attempts to contact the hotel on April 25th and left messages; however, I have not received any response or return call. Given the seriousness of these matters—including the apparent theft from my vehicle,"

"The hotel is in a great location. Short walk to Time Square, the theater district and Central Park. Subway station is right outside the hotel."

"The concierge, check in staff, housekeeping, and even the doormen were incredibly helpful and full of so much helpful information! Very happy with my stay!"

"The only good about this hotel is its location. The rooms worn out, no ventilation working so smelled and stiffness in the room. One lift broken in our wing so literally takes 10-15min to get down or up to the room. "
