Aside from the systems being down and the tvs not working, we had an overall good experience. The front staff was nice and inviting. I loved the feel of the lobby with the pool table, giant Connect Four, and the bar being open 24 hours. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was friendly and check in/out was super easy. The hotel gave more of a "boutique" vibe rather than "luxury", but fit our style perfectly. They have a bar and games in the lounge/check in area and the room setup with two separate beds was perfect for two separate people traveling together. Only complaint was the TV that didn't work, but I only needed it for background noise while I slept.

Check in was for 4pm. We got there a little late and tried to check in around 5:15pm. They said “The room is not ready yet. We cannot check you in.” We were told no room was clean to check into. We waited 45 minutes to finally check in. However, not being able to check in until 6pm, caused our plans to be delayed. All that was said was “sorry”. The lobby was very hot as well. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes with no one coming to serve. Overall, room was nice and clean.

Room very small, bed tight close to wall. No furniture for clothing storage or closets. No fridge. Sink is outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries. Outlet at one nightstand didn’t work completely and would come out of the table Place was clean, quiet, soft bed, cute deco, cool lobby with foosball, pool, hangout couches and bar.

The room was nice and clean. Hallways and lobby are extremely hot! With no type of airflow I’d be sweating by the time I made it down to lobby to go out. Also the big rats near the entrance at night is very worrisome there has to be something that can be done to keep them away.
