I was Greeted by someone as soon as I walked in the person who checked me in was so nice. My room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my visit breakfast was great also everyone was great hospitality

Great facility with great customer service from the staff. The only thing that could be better is that the floors be swept more. Other than that everything else was clean. It was quiet and safe.

The front desk people were very helpful and were so nice about everything. Giving us information about where to go and what to see and the manager always asked how are day was after we returned from adventures in the area. Even when our TV went out they came to fix it right away in the morning and even comp'd us some snacks for the inconvenience.

They rebuilding it’s coming out nice clean and the front desk lady was very helpful I know whatever plan they have for it it’s going to nicer in the future months to come but it was clean and comfortable

Let me start by saying the staff are very friendly. I wish I could have staff like that at every hotel I stay. The General Manager, Ke'vin and I'm not sure of the overnight lady name but they were all nice. However I did have some issues. Two nights I came in my room and found cockroachs. Not expected from a Marriott brand. Ke'vin came up in my room like an exterminator and killed it. She moved me to another room after the second time. My microwave sounded as if it was going to blow up. Breakfast wasn't what I would have expected in New Orleans. They had eggs, cheese, and chorizo empanadas. The manager insisted I try it was not anything I would eat. The elevator worked but when it closed it was scary. The rooms were supposed to be remodeled but it was just ok. I wouldn't stay there again.

It was a good stay the front desk person Torie was great and the manager Kendall was great as well only thing I dislike the didn’t clean the rooms and no mirror but they did bring one for us!! This will be my go too hotel whenever I visit

The location was super convenient, easy access to the hwy, allowing us to get anywhere quickly. The staff was so friendly! From check in to the check out everyone we came across was so nice. Thank you all again for making it such a comfortable stay!

people were nice and friendly, but condition of room not good. i usually stay in the Quarter but the hotels were booked because of the super bowl, so I ended up staying here. wont do again.
