"Central location, clean property and rooms, staff are very friendly, accommodating and spoke English very well. Didn’t utilize the F&B but the room was great. Could use a bit more storage space but it was great"

"I wanted to cool down the room temperature but it works for heat only when I stay so I had to leave the window open and outside people could see inside of my room. "

"Pros: Generally a nice stay with clean rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage in the lobby was awesome because they had lockers. Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and the drain made a lot of noise (mildly disruptive while sleeping). Lots of options for breakfast but the food was a little bit more cafeteria vibes than boutique hotel vibes."

"I guess you get what you pay for. The staff here are dismissive and don’t care about you or your needs. The neighborhood around is filled with rude people as well. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand people come here for long term plastic surgery needs, but it’s shocking how the staff is here. "
