"We had a great time at Lisbon and the property is awesome. Clean, modern, family friendly and near great public transportation and a supermarket. Would recommend to anyone "
"A great stay! Great and helpful staff and they cleaned every day. My only comment is to replace dirty towels--used ones on the floor were hung up again on the racks. "

"The guided tour in the museum was a plus. The staff was eager to find solutions to minor issues encountered during the stay. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was very good, the location was amazing. I only have good things to say about the hotel and its staff. "
"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
"Really lovely hotel, stayed in the Deluxe Twin room, which was very spacious. Breakfast was included in our deal but I think if it isn’t, it’s worth the extra as there’s so much to choose from. I’d recommend use of the spa but just know that it needs to be accessed by the lift on the left side of the building only "
"best location in lisbon, 1/2 mile walk to the main tourist area, just outside all the chaos. staff was excellent, room was very quiet. one odd issue the door handle came off when trying to open the door. will stay here on our next trip."
"Marcos made us feel like we were family!!!! He took care of us, the second we arrived (we were very flustered). He calmed us down…. And helped us “regroup”. He gave us the BEST food recommendations!!! Thank you Marco for everything! "
