The Editory Riverside Hotel, an Historic Hotel

"We stayed at The Editory Riverside from August 23–24 after our cruise, and found it to be a very convenient and comfortable place to spend our night in Lisbon. The location is great— just a short walk from the cruise port. It took us about 10 minutes, slightly longer than expected due to construction in the area, but still very manageable with suitcases. We arrived early (around 8 AM) and were able to drop our bags at the desk before heading out to explore the city. When a massive storm rolled in around 12:30, we returned to the hotel and were grateful for the large lounge area in the lobby. It was comfortable and gave us a chance to enjoy a coffee and pastry from the adjacent café while we waited. We were able to get into our room after 3 PM. The room was a good size, clean, and had everything we needed. Despite being located above an active train station, we barely heard any noise. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and having access to the train‑station coffee shop and grocery store was very convenient. The next morning, getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy — about a 20‑minute ride. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a great option for convenience and comfort."

"Beautiful property that was very clean, smelled lovely throughout and wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing and a great start to the day. All day tea and coffee with afternoon cakes after 2pm were a nice extra touch. Would highly recommend to stay here. Location right in the heart of Lisbon with so many restaurants right outside your door. Will 100% be staying here again."

"This property was extremely clean. Location was great and very central! very close to the hub and vibe of Lisbon. Greeted at the front desk, which is huge for me. Front desk staff are absolutely amazing!! they went far beyond my expectation in trying to locate and retrieve my lost luggage at the airport. However, a disappointment in that if you are not pre-registered for breakfast, you can purchase separately at a very expensive price. So for us, breakfast was not included so we had breakfast elsewhere at a much lesser rate. I do recommend this stay as the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful."
