I was charged twice to stay at this hotel and then was told it was expedia's fault. One person staying there for 3 nights had no ac and one person staying there asked for their room to be cleaned for four days and never had.

The location was convenient. No maintenance person was on staff on Saturday. Pool water was freezing cold. Staff members were nice. There was not a cleaning service provided. Beds were comfortable. All in all, it was a good experience. It seems like there could be better communication with guests.

Water issues

The front desk staff were very friendly, however could not seem to get hot water and water pressure to our room. We took cold showers for three days because there was no hot water. We were told it was because of the construction down the street, which would have made a difference in us staying there. Had we known upon check in, we would have made arrangements elsewhere. I feel like someone should have informed us of the water situation before we found out the next morning when trying to take a shower.....

At this location there are three differently-branded hotels owned by the same corporation, stacked in a row, next to the freeway. This one is slightly cheaper and has a full kitchen, which the others don't. The others have a free breakfast, but I'd rather save the money and buy something from a local shop. There is a little marketplace off the lobby if you really don't want to leave the property. Outdoor grill area is a nice touch that guests were using. The room had everything you could want at a reasonable price. Tip: bring an HDMI cable and you can connect your computer to the large TV for streaming. Staff was lovely. I'd like to see them add EV charging as an amenity. There's not much happening at this location, but if you need a hotel at this spot, it's a good value and pleasant experience.

General manager was rude and I won’t stay there

The rooms are awesome and Michelle is amazing the front in lady!!! The General Mander is rude and belittling .. there was a error made by them which was ok.. ppl make mistakes and he was rude about it and I’m STILL waiting to get my money returned I was overcharged for

Will avoid in the future. Pros: great desk workspace design for 2, recliner in the room, nice kitchenette. Cons: * Cleaning only once a week in a long-term stay hotel resulted in the room smelling like a gym locker. It was horribly stuffy and stinky with no way to get fresh air in without blasting AC. My husband was sure someone had peed on the AC unit, but no - it was just kicking up that much stink from the carpet. * Dishes were cleaned in the dishwasher had been left there by staff before we arrived, and there was standing water in some. Gross film, bad smell. * Those who don’t sleep well with lights all over, avoid this place. Bright lights on microwave, dishwasher, and clock, others less bright like built in nightlight in bathroom, router, and more. We had to hang clothes all over to block them out. * The pretty white “blankets” on the bed are too thin to qualify even as bedspreads. I would’ve asked for another, but another guest had done so just as I arrived, and was given just another one of those horrid things. There was no point. Huge style over substance problem.
