"I stayed at this property for a concert being held at Bridgestone Arena. It was close to EVERYTHING I needed, the staff were very courteous, and it was very comfortable and quiet for a downtown hotel. "
"We showed up at 9am on the day of our check in hoping to just use the luggage storage, but they were able to check us into a room immediately which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The room had a sound machine which helps some with the noise from printers alley. There were blackout curtains as well. "
