Everything was fresh and clean. Our suite was beautiful, as were the views from the 10th floor! The only issues were construction on the floor above on our first day which was fortunately completed that day and instructions on operating the electric drapes (no obvious switch, they opened magically in the middle of the night, and the front desk staff had no idea how to operate) - the hotel is brand new so both issues were minor. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect location! Couldn't have imagined staying anywhere else in the Gulch. Not only was the room perfect but the hotel staff was so helpful the entire stay. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfy room. Staff are amazing. polite, smiling and helpful at any time you need it anything. Fantastic location, close to pubs and shopping. We will be back for sure. Loved everything but mostly the staff at front desk. Great personality... keep it up. What a great hotel. A gem in middle of Gulch... Yaaa. Dalia
