"I forgot to tell my bank I would be travelling, and was too jetlagged to understand how to work a simple phone. The staff were incredibly accommodating to me and helped me get things sorted so I have money for my trip, by walking me through the international call procedures. They also offer a shuttle to and from Narita airport. I made the mistake of walking to get there, but when I left they dropped me off right by the trains I needed. A fantastic start to my visit to Japan!"

"The hotel is very spacious (especially by Japanese standards) and impeccably clean. The bathroom is clean, bright, and well-maintained. Only thing is that we arrived at midnight and the shuttle wasn’t available any more."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, our room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. The location in Tokyo Bay was perfect with easy access to everything. We absolutely loved the area—the people were so welcoming and the food was amazing.
