When it was time to check-in, they had already sent the luggage to our room:) They were also very helpful in explaining about the shuttle bus. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights. The benefit of being able to wear just socks and walk throughout the hotel is amazing. Being able to use a private onsen on the first floor and in your room is very nice. While food is good, I wouldn't call it great. It's multi-course but always has a hotpot round and you can order extra dishes if you are hungry. If you stay for 2 nights, you can choose your next night's main dish but it's also hotpot style main. Wouldn't recommend staying for food but everything else is fantastic and worthy of 2 nights stay."
