Room quite small, be warned. We had to pay to upgrade to the suite on 11th floor because there was no way we could open our luggage and still walk around in the room. "

"Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The Hokkaido soup curry was amazing. Clean, well -appointed room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to most downtown Hokkaido sights, and lots of choices of shopping, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!"
