"Extremely nice staff. Location awesome, just a block away from train station. Room small by western standards, but perfect for me. I'll definitely stay there again. "
"Incredibly clean, more than affordable price and wonderful staff. The space was fantastic for myself, partner and 17 year old. Close to shopping, food, convenient stores and train station. We loved our stay so much we're already planning our next one again. Can't recommend enough.

"Landed late into Tokyo with three kids in tow. Extremely close to the airport. Great buffet breakfast. Perfect short stay before heading off the Tokyo to start out trip. 100% would recommend. "
"Breakfast was very good, room was fine and shower was very good. Internet sufficient and bed was very nice although some folks will find it too hard. Air conditioning very good. Transport by hotel bus not straightforward and the hotel never replied to my request for info. Go to island 16 in terminal 1 and look for agua blue bus."
"Great hotel for a quick airport stay!
This is a great hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport—especially if you're arriving late or need a convenient transfer. It's within walking distance of Terminal 3, which is helpful if you don't want to wait around. I walked from Terminal 3 at night; it was manageable, though I got a little confused on the way. Later I found out that the hotel actually offers a free shuttle to and from Terminals 1 and 2, which is super convenient—I just didn’t know about it when I arrived.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally overslept and checked out about 30 minutes late, but they were kind and didn’t charge me or make a fuss about it. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient option for airport travelers!"
"The hotel offers convenient transportation to and from NRT, as well as to the JR station and to AEON mall. The website does state that people with tattoos are not permitted to use the Onsen, but that is not the case as I was told I could enter even with tattoos. With that being said, I didn't get to try anything out as I was only overnighting after a longhaul flight but it met my needs at the time!"
