"The check-in staff was extremely rude. We asked about adding our Marriott rewards and the lady said we couldn’t do it there. We didn’t have wash cloths or a working TV for the first two days. When we asked we were told to go to our room and press zero. The elevators for our floor completely stopped working and we almost missed our show. We had to call twice before they finally told us to use the service elevator. Some people had to walk down from the 28th floor. No apologies were given. Also, the lobby bathroom is key carded, which is fine. But security questioned us several times to make sure we should be using it. We had a key card, so I’m not sure why they were continually questioning us. Just overall horrible customer service. I would not stay here again. Also, at check in they tell you there is a $35 activity fee being added per day. The give you a credit for dining to use to cover the fee, but the restaurants always have long lines. The coffee was lukewarm at best. "

"The staff is very helpful. The hotel is centrally located in Times Square. The room is small but was very clean. The maid service came every other day to make the beds, provide new towels and sundries. We liked everything about tge place except the elevators. They were initially difficult to figure out as there is a particular elevator and you dont know which one will be taking you to your floor.It isnt anything we've ever seen before but after awhile we got the hang of it. This causes alot of confusion and crowds can grow large as people try to figure out how to use this new system. Also breakfast was quite good but get there early! Tables are quickly taken and seating can be a problem."

"Property was clean and central to all the great tourist destinations. Easy access to subway. Rooms were a great size and offer good views. The amenities were amazing! We used the complimentary breakfast and happy hour on many occasions. The staff were all incredible, welcoming, and helpful. Would stay again! "
