So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. When I brought this miscommunication to Hilton’s attention, they basically replied “So sad, too bad.” "
