Air conditioning is very good. Room is clean. No hair dryer, face cloths and shampoo in the room, only hand soap. Complimentary shuttle to cruise port in Old San Juan Terminal 4 and Pan Americana cruise port. You can walk to Pan Americana cruise port from the hotel if you don't have many luggages to carry.

Norma, Aly, and Francisco were outstanding! Very accommodating, super nice people! Building has some age on it but if you want clean, comfortable, definitely stay here! Elevator works,a/c is cold, everything is very clean. No hair dryer in my room but staff furnished me with one. Hotel is very close to great restaurants and stores, both speak English and Spanish. Friendly neighborhood in daytime. Staff can give recommendations for dining and site seeing and taxi. Call hotel for questions about details. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend Dreams hotel Miramar.

Rooms are very clean, basic amenities, excellent staff,Aly and Norma are fantastic and very accommodating! They made sure we were very comfortable and satisfied with rooms and overall stay. They also have great recommendations for dining and all of them were amazing! You must bring your own wash cloths due to their Green policy,soap is provided in shower,water is hot. Comfortable waiting lounge if you arrive early before check in,they can also keep luggage behind office desk if you want to go somewhere before the room is ready. Highly recommend this hotel for the above reasons and if you don't want to pay for frills! Also they will shuttle you to your cruise port for free, just be sure to request it on check in because it is limited space. Within 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Super place to stay!!!

Ok location within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Small hotel, no amenities, a/c none existent in lobby and very little in the room, no breakfast, check-in is still done by paper, you have to ask to get your room cleaned, towels or anything else that is standard at every other hotel on the planet. They still use house keys for the room, dim lighting in the hallways, and unfriendly staff. We travel a lot and this is the most horrible place we’ve ever stayed. Pictures and descriptions are not what is reality. Stay anywhere else.

The staff was great. When the elevator temporarily broke they offered to carry our bags upstairs. This is a great hotel for a night. Grocery store and restaurants within a short walk.
