"Staff were wonderful! June was so helpful with questions, directions, and communication given that I only speak English--she was so lovely and gracious! They entire staff through my stay were so kind. Breakfast every morning was delightful and dinner in the restaurant was delcious as well. Great location tucked up in the hills with the bus stop right near by so everything was super accessible. Would definitely recommend!"

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "We’ve opted for an upgrade to a connecting rooms as we travelled with 2 kids, aged 13 and 9. The service was excellent. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming, while we chill as we wait for the room to be ready. They also provide complimentary drinks and popcorn which the kids loved. The rooms were clean, spacious and came with stunning views. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel experience and will be back if we’re back in montreux."

"Our room set up was fantastic. Great space and view. It is dated and the carpets really need to be replaced as well as some new lights need to be added to the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with the exception of all the set up of the Montreux Jazz festival (of which the hotel warned me of but I had no idea of the magnitude of the event). We would stay again!"

"Absolutely amazing location. 5 minutes walk from the station and lake Geneva is around the corner. Great base to explore Montreux on public transport as well using the montreux riviera card. Staff spoke good English and property was kept in great condition. Only downside was that the rooms didn’t have AC, but the windows opened very wide and a fan was provided so the summer heat was not a problem."

"Very nice hotel. Our only complaints were the people slamming their doors throughout the night. It was loud! Also, hotel is advertised as having air conditioning. There is a thermostat on on the wall however it did not cool the room when we placed it on this setting. We came back about one hour later and it was the same. My husband called the front desk and was informed there is no A/C. If we wanted cooler temperatures we were instructed to open our window. It was a bit too warm for us and very humid in the morning."
