From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was impeccable. Out one bedroom suite over looking Lake Geneva was unbelievable. I wish we could stay a couple more days. I would recommend anyone visiting Lausanne stay at the Palace !

The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Highly recommended.

I did not find the interior decor nice. The updated room was cold and uninspiring.
Breakfast buffet was very nice, but the staff seemed very confused with any of our requests or orders.

Thank you for an incredible one-night stay! The lake view from my room was breathtaking, and the entire day was truly restful. A special shoutout to people at reception for making me feel so welcomed. The fruit plate and complimentary minibar were delightful touches that enhanced my experience. Lausanne Palace is ideally located near the main shopping and dinning area. My only slight complaint is the inconsistency of the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 days. Some days they were great, but a few times they forgot to replenish the necessities like the body wash.

The lovely Lausanne Palace is situated smack dab central. Walking distance to train/metro, Old City, Lake, attractions, shopping and restaurants. What more could one ask? The hotel is classic charm beautiful, The staff and services equally match.

Beautiful hotel
Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back.

The service was superb and above all the great stuff stood Pier the concierge
So knowledgeable and patient
The room was excellent beautiful view of the lake and all new species furniture made our stay enjoyable
Food was delicious and plenty
