The highlight of this hotel is the roofdeck pool which gives gorgeous views of the city and the bay. There are comfortable "sun beds" along the whole stretch of the pool and the faux grass carpet gives it a great outdoor vibe.

Overall our stay was wonderful, but the transportation service failed us when the hotel shuttle dropped us off in an area where no taxis could be found. The shuttle driver gave us invalid telephone numbers to call for pickup. We eventually had to hail a PNPolice vehicle and the officers kindly returned us to the hotel. Hotel management were very responsive and promised to address the issue. Comp wine was sent to our room and they shuttled us to the airport at no charge upon checkout. In spite of...

We were meet on time at the airport by hotel staff and shuttle driver! Check in/out was very fast! We were allowed to check in early. The whole hotel staff including the Bistro Restaurant were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast buffet was amazing and there was a big variety of dishes.The free local shuttle van was a very pleasant surprise and very nice driver!

Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.

We were 2 families traveling with 2 children, ages 12 & 15. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect. We were able to buy snacks and hosted visiting family in the room for dinner. The hotel is luxurious and the service is wonderful.
As the Primea just opened in February, they still have some operational items to work out. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was stuck on high fan at 19 degrees, making for very cold sleeping conditions. Despite 2 calls to engineering, they were...
