"Hotel Rosso offers a convenient location for exploring the area on foot and using public transit. The staff were courteous, and the room was very clean and comfortable."
"Cute and lovely little hotel! Comfortable accomodations, and the owner even drove us to the train station in the morning for free. Thank you so much!"
"The hotel itself is excellent! We loved our stay. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by natural beauty. Only downside is there aren’t many amenities within walking distance besides a little tourist area. There is easy access to the local bus if you don’t mind spending 30 minutes going into town. "

"We were very comfortable at Hotel Karuizawa Cross. We liked the clean and spacious room, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful gentleman at the reception desk. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious, and the hot breakfast buffet the next morning was appreciated. Additionally, Hotel Karuizawa Cross is located next to a popular street with shops and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit!"
"We had the japanese western style room which comes with a small Japanese dining area which was very useful. The toilet has a bathtub and the shower head with a mid high stool useful for elderly and pregnant women.
Appreciate that the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The beds were really comfy and has beady pillows. The blanket was very cushy.
There's a delicia supermarket 15mins by foot. And lots of home run restaurants within 10mins by foot.
Love that L2 there's a common area where you could bring your own food to microwave.
However, would be better if they could place a basket containing water, towels even if a do not disturb sign is being put up."
"The hotel is jngood condition, and staff were really helpful and friendly.
Just the location for solo traveller not driving is not that easy, but with Uber all sort out"
"The property was clean and communication from the host clear. The property looks like on the pictures. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were woken up by noise from the building site right next to our house every morning (this is obviously temporary, however, it would have been nice to be made aware of this as it significantly disturbed our rest.
