I booked it during hot season. So the price is higher than general. Condition is fair compared to the price. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The property is located in the silent place. But the property is far from Karuizawa station and there is not restaurants near the property so if you stay here, you need to eat the dinner near the station. And around this property, the street lights are few so the area is dark and danger to walk around here in the midnight.

２階建てのため、エレベーターが利用しやすかった。また宿泊人数もさほど多くなく静かに過ごせた。バイキングも不足ない品数だったので、良かったです。自家製の柑橘系スムージーが美味しかった。部屋は広くはなかったのですが、価格がリーズナブルだったので満足でした。ありがとうございました。

長野市在住ですが急遽スキーに行きたいと言う子供と宿泊しました。立地の良さと子供が大好きなワッフルの朝食とお部屋に最低限の設備で安いお値段に感謝です。とても静かでお部屋は暖かくロフトに子供は大喜びで快適に過ごせました。また是非利用させて頂きたいです。

車の場合、ホテルは国道に面していて、国道から左折、右折入場も可能です 駐車場は広いです フロントの対応は親切 無料のコーヒー、水も助かります パジャマはナイトウェアタイプ スリッパは使い捨てですがしっかりできています 徒歩圏内にコンビニもあります 朝食は充実しているようですが、今回はたべませんでした

Just like its name, very comfortable. Especially its bed. There is a loft bed over standard double bed. That is perfect for us. Me and my ten-year-old child could use the double bed and my husband uses the loft bed. I will stay there again if we go there again.
