"Customer service was great. The room was clean and spacious. My room key never worked to exit the parking structure but a quick service call fixed it. My only complaint is the $20 a day for parking. We already pay a resort fee, we shouldn’t have to pay parking as well."

"The hotel is kept wonderfully clean, the hotel Room was very clean, our bed left a lot to be desired. It was not the most comfortable bed, but it was a place to sleep. The front desk staff in my opinion is where this hotel drops the ball a little, I accept that from time to time folks have a bad day, and I am also certain that things happen out of anyone’s control, but the attitude that staff take to handle wha ever issues arise is what matters, and more then once I felt talked down to, and just not the way I would deal with things, they were always polite, to start and then just turn very abrupt. Again it could just be how I took it also. "

"No room service & cleaning; towels not replaced; no mini fridge … just an older hotel. Stayed to be close to the exhibition grounds for ConExpo. Would not stay there otherwise!"
