"We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. One thing to be aware of when budgeting for your stay is the parking charges. The undercover car park costs £25.00 per night, while the open-air car park costs £13.50 per night. As we both travelled separately and met at the hotel, we each had a car, which made the parking costs particularly expensive. Personally, I don't agree with charging overnight guests for parking at this venue. If the hotel were located in a city centre, I could understand the need for parking fees, but given the amount of surrounding land available, it feels unnecessary and detracts from an otherwise excellent experience."

"Really nice hotel close to Cardiff bay with free parking. Place is clean and tidy and staff are good. Only complaint was the temperature of the room. A/c claimed to be working, but I'm not convinced it cooled it to the 19 degrees it was promising. Had to remove the 10.5 tog duvet from the cover and sleep in just the cover."

She did an excellent job and went out of her way to help me out on multiple occasions during my week’s stay at the hotel. These included answering many questions, placing me in a well-located room upon arrival (different from the "assigned room"), and facilitating future reservations at your hotel. She is an ideal person to welcome people to your hotel due to her knowledge and sunny disposition – recognizing that many guests (myself included) are exhausted after strenuous and stressful travel to Cardiff (transatlantic flight!)"
