O hotel em si é enorme e tem até acesso para a lagoa (essa parte me surpreendeu, é linda). O atendimento foi muito bom, me senti acolhida. Eles estão fazendo alguns reparos, logo ficará ainda melhor. "Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back."
