Parking is on street which was a problem finding anything. Room smells like cigarettes. I will never stay here again and will be sure that everyone knows that this is not a good place to stay.

I barely slept because of the noise from the street and from inside the hotel (it seemed the staff was doing something overnight and not sure if other guesses were also loud). The front of the hotel was dusty and didn’t have a front desk, just sort of a podium with a kiosk on the side. At the time of checking out, nobody was available and we kept ringing the bell until someone answered the intercom (maybe we checked out too early). Pillows were think. Pros: room is well remodeled, nice and clean. Hotel is located at walking distance from Place d’arms and restaurants.

Left this hotel in 2 hours!
We booked Hygie hotel for 4 days but ended up leaving after spending 2 hours there! All rooms are in the basement that looks like a former office space. There are no windows, no ventilation, and all heating is centralized. It was so hot and so impossible to breathe in our room! Our dog was panting loud and was restless! We have requested a fan, asked if it’s possible to reduce the temperature, but got a negative response each time! After 2 hours we decided to leave as this would have been a miserable stay with sleepless nights! We have requested a refund but the management refused to refund us and refused to cooperate with Hotels.com, even though we stayed there just for 2 hours! There is also no reception, no elevator and quite a few stairs to climb with the luggage! We will never consider staying at this hotel again! They literally took our money and provided terrible service!

The room was absolutely AMAZING. I could hardly believe my eyes when the friendly receptionist opened the door. Once I was in the room I realized that the toilet was very visible from the main part and there was no way to cover the glass. I was on my own, so it did not matter, but I would not have liked this had I been with a partner. There was construction going on so I could not use the garden, but it was not a problem.

this is not a hotel… room was small and not similar to the pictures. No safety lock on door either and staff know your passcode making us feel a bit uneasy. No one at check in and had to wait to get in, rooms are in a scary basement?? no air conditioner and no door to the bathroom so everyone can hear you do your business. More like a hostel. This was very misleading I wish i could get a refund.
