First of all the all the staff are great and very helpful, our room is spacious just need more light other than that it’s good. The laundry which is the most important part of our stay is easy, working great and they front desk have enough coins for you to get exchange. The Fish and chips from the hotel restaurant is so good! The lobby is clean and beautiful and the shuttle is very convenient 24hrs. 5 stars ⭐️

We got to the hotel quite early and knew we may not be able to check in right away. Not disappointed but would have been happier if we could have checked in. The place where we stored our luggage I did t think was very secure. That bothered me a bit. The staff and restaurant were good. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.

We had a stellar experience! Great ambiance: clean, accessible, friendly, nature-like, and fun. This place is highly recommended for couples and friends who wish to have fun without any hassle. The hotel was fine. Clean, comfortable place to stay. My only complaint was the shuttle service to the airport. It was unavailable for us. We would have had to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs to utilize the service. There didn’t appear to be that many people waiting and the front desk initially indicated that they would get the larger vehicle to take everyone to the airport. The woman then came back and indicated that we would need to wait another hour for the next shuttle. We ended up taking an uber to the airport and paying an additional $30 as we were not willing to wait.

We booked a King size bed room. We’re given a Queen one so we walked a distance back to receive what was reserved months ago. The next room was an even longer walk. The room was clean , amenities as in coffee were lacking, as well being short on our linens. Mind you our biggest disappointment was in the lighting. The lamp on the cabinet did not work which left the two night light beside the bed. We had no other lighting so consequently we were in the dark. Thought of going to check-in again but at that point we were exhausted.

Unfortunately we had issues from the beginning to the end of our stay . I was speechless. The staff though were very good. The bartender/ server was on by herself on a weekend and it was her first shift. It was extremely busy for her to be alone. Should have had another staff member. The morning checkout was unacceptable.

My room was very damp and dark. No overhead lights and not enough lamps. I changed rooms, and the next room was just S dark, shown another which finally had a standing lamp. Service was good when I asked for a new room. Water pressure was horrible, one bedside light didn’t work, and the drain in the tub needed repair. Towels were very scratchy. Restaurant food was good.

The rooms were real updated. I was pleasantly surprised! We selected it for the free airport shuttle which was easy to reserve and picked up perfectly. It looks like the property is being updated. Value was good...we had to walk a 3.5 miles (round trip) to get to fast food location. I would have been nice if there were food options closer.

The room was fine. It’s a decent place for the price. Parking is extra something to keep in mind. Pool was closed on the days I was there. Lots of garbage in the parking lot including overflowing bins that didn’t get emptied during my 3 days there. For the price it’s ok but I usually stay next door and will probably in the future as the price is almost the same
