Wonderful airport hotel that stands out above most airport hotels I have stayed in in Canada. The food in the restaurant was also very good and served by a very friendly server. I will book this hotel again when I am in Montreal. The only thing I would change is that the location where the airport shuttle picks you up - on the departures floor at door 8 - is also clearly indicated in the booking confirmation or in the property information.

My kids and I had a fantastic time! The gym equipment could use some maintenance, but the pool was refreshing and the sauna was excellent. The rooms exceeded our expectations, offering great value for our stay. While the breakfast was below average, the dining experience at the restaurant was wonderful. If you’re looking for a fun spot that won’t break the bank, I would definitely recommend this place.

Check in was very easy and fast with courteous staff, room was very clean, bed is super comfortable pillows are lacking (but I’m picky about pillows) while the restaurant is pricey the food was great and you are paying for the convenience, bar tender was talkative and attentive while we ate. Service is lacking greatly, I was waiting to check in with only one lady in front of me yet the desk attendant was only speaking to and addressing the people BEHIND me in line! This happened at least 3-4 times. I was patient and very tired as it was almost 2am and I had been travelling for hours. This was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel if you care for decent quality service. It took another guest behind me that the desk attendant was ready to help to say something about it. After I checked-in, he didn’t guide or direct me where to go to get to my room which you think would’ve been bare minimum. Rooms are nice looking due to recent renovations. Cleanliness is decent but, there could be more attention to detail honestly.

The only positive thing about our experience was that the airport shuttle was on time. Other than that, the hotel was dirty, we had no hot water, amenities had mold and staff was friendly but not accommodating. I will not be booking there again.
