I prefer the “Mom and Pop” motel stay that is safe , clean and a short distance from the hubbub of the city. This property offers this. Beautiful greenway behind the property on the riverbank

Great weekend

The one staff memeber I dealt with was amazing. Room was clean with the exception of a couple cob webs. House keeping is not daily so you need to ask for fresh towels. We would definitely stay here again

Great Riverside Stay! I had a wonderful stay at Motel du Fleuve! The location right by the River offers beautiful views, especially of the illuminated Champlain Bridge at night. The room was clean and comfortable. ✔ Amazing riverfront location with bike path access ✔ Spacious, well-maintained rooms ✔ Helpful and friendly staff ✔ Nice outdoor pool ✔ Free parking and WiFi ✔ Just 10-15 mins from downtown Montreal Perfect for travelers wanting a peaceful stay near Montreal with great views. Would definitely recommend and return!

Beware. Do not reserve this property. They offer reservation for this property at all hours of the night, but close at 2100. You can reserve the property at 2130. They will charge you, but nobody is there upon arrival.

There was nobody at the reception. From outside the motel is structurally falling apart - temporary jacks supporting the balcony that is falling out and those jack are rusty - they been there for years.
