This hotel is dated, but the location is good, the amenities are great, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is also very good. My 4-year old daughter loved the pool - it was warm enough to swim for an extended time (which is rare in a hotel pool).

We stayed for three nights and it was fabulous! The rooms are very clean and have a balcony which is convenient. Great for family’s as the pool on the top floor was really a hit! Everyone was very friendly during our stay. Great value. No complaints!

This hotel is for you if: you love value , convenience, location, room balcony, security, cleanliness, pool, kitchen amenities, and free breakfast. I have booked this hotel multiple times, in fact it's the only hotel I use in Montreal. Don't book this hotel if you are a posh person who expects luxury and fancy things.

Very conveniently located to our destination; originally stayed in a studio room, but when we needed extra room for a surprise visit from a family member, they accommodated us quickly with a suite.
Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly;
Breakfast with Montreal bagels, Yum!
The only negative was the parking-very tight fit and we had a compact vehicle.

Really great hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates and utensils and allowed us to stay and eat in Montreal at a very reasonable cost. The room had a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, so our teenage son got his own space. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. The apartment hotel is popular in Europe and here in Montreal this one was excellent.
