Excellent experience and a very pleasant stay, as always. This time, I especially want to highlight the restaurant and its wonderful staff. Brendan, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate me because of my recent injury and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were greatly appreciated and made my stay that much better! Thank you, Brendan, and the entire team!!

Beautiful hotel, nice and modern, bed/pillows were the most comfortable we've had our whole trip. We found a grape and a bread tag on the floor, so not sure how well the carpets were cleaned prior to our arrival but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with our stay here. We had to cancel another hotel that day and were so happy with this hotel. It has a good location with many restaurants and malls in the area. Excellent beds and linens. We were happy to have a kids channel on the TV. The kids loved the pool. Lots of parking. Didn't have the breakfast but the restaurant looked clean and inviting.

We had a quick stop on our journey home from travelling across Canada with our kids. It is was a long travel day and it was nice to be able to sit in the restaurant and eat a good supper. My kids loved the warm cookies provided on check in, that was a nice touch. Overall great stay in a clean hotel. We added on breakfast for a fee and Expedia didn't notify the hotel about it, the staff however dealt with it in a professional manner and provided us with our vouchers. The breakfast had a lot of selection and everything was great quality and freshness.

Clean, spacious room and a courteous, helpful staff, my top requests for any hotel stay. We had an event nearby and also walked to the tram station to spend a day in Old Montreal. Lee Ann in the restaurant/bar area was great! The breakfast options were good. I would certainly stay here again should I find myself in Montreal.

The warm cookies at check in were a nice touch. The garbage at the entrance was overflowing though. The room was clean but our bathroom toilet seat and sink looked out and wrecked! The gentlemen working the bar was very kind and friendly and any other staff we spoke to were all great too!
