We stayed at 2 Villas which were both in great condition.
The only downside is that there is not much (restaurants, beach clubs, supermarket) in close proximity to the Villa Resort."

"This has always been a go to resort for me when visiting Danang. The resort is beautiful, clean and the service is great. You get access to your own private beach which has beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We stayed in the executive suite that was very spacious and loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. The food was also amazing which is hard to find when you're staying in a resort. Will be back as always."
"It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel."
