"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them each day to keep mosquitoes away which must have worked as we were not bitten while staying here."

"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!"

"This is a truly beautiful traditional hotel, beautiful Balinese bungalows hidden away with everything you need including largest bath ever!! Private and not over looked. Staff so lovely. All areas well kept and clean. Lovely gardens. Fantastic access to beach and just a stroll along beach to the Icon Mall and other restaurants (great for teens!) Restaurant fantastic. Food delicious. Great breakfast options. Pool great. Wish we could stay longer. "

"We had a plunge pool access room and it was so worth it . Loved not having to carry books , towels etc poolside as we could step straight into the plunge pool straight off our room . They are private from the public but not isolated . Breakfast was included with options for all dietary requirements "
