We had a wonderful stay at Miru Sanur. Everything was perfect — the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The hotel entrance is very grand and beautiful. Check-in was smooth and fast, the reception staffs were very attentive and asked if we had any food allergy. The room was very clean, bedsheet and towels are very white and clean. The room service comes twice per day to makeup room. The minibar items are all free and there are a lot of fruits on the table. Room makeup made cute decorated towels. Room is very big and comfortable. I like it that the shower, bath tub, toilet, washing and makeup area are all separate spaces. In-room dining is delicious. Breakfast is nice with wide selection and nice view of the ocean. Swimming pool water is warm, so comfortable, we don't feel cold when swimming. It is accessible to the beach. Very near to Icon Bali shopping centre. It is a veryyyyyy relax and comfortable stay, will definitely go back!

The architecture of this hotel is mind blowing. From the entrance tunnel, to the gigantic reception lobby, everything is unique and makes you feel in a pretty exclusive place. The room was perfect - very spacious, clean, and with more than we expected- e.g the “closet & powder room”. The outside spaces with the lush vegetation made it perfect!

Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all.
