"Lovely place, very welcoming. Great owners who made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely with nice little touches like a bag of sweets for my son. Would recommend and return."

"Room was small but had everything I needed and was clean and well maintained. Everyone I encountered on the staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was good and, due to an efficient booking system was cooked to order, fast and not crowded. There were a couple of things about the bathroom, which was tiny, that I did not understand. The shower had no soap dish or anywhere to put the shampoo or body wash except on the floor. Very inconvenient to reach down in such a confined space. The mirror above the wash basin was small (maybe 10 x 12 inches). People of different heights may or may not have been able to use it comfortably. A taller mirror is needed. These things are obvious and inexpensive."

"I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and I can honestly say that the staff were the best I have ever experienced. The room was lovely, clean and well decorated although needed more storage for clothes and bathroom toiletries. Some thought needs to go into the access to the disabled room as the paintwork is likely to be scratched by wheelchairs and walkers trying to get through the door to the two end rooms (particularly for clients without helpers) which would be a shame. The food was excellent for every meal with interesting and very tasty meals. Ample parking spaces and bus stops outside made for easy travelling."

"the house is quietly located right over the pont-y bridge, 2mins walking to the busy center and 5mins walking to the train station! The river is right out the the house, you can go into it or have picnic on the riverside or long walk along the river. If you plan to take the bus to hiking trails, the bus stop is conveniently near the bridge! The owner David and family are very nice and helpful. The lounge and the room are cozy and comfortable. There are outdoor seating areas too which are lovely for watching the clouds lol. I enjoyed my stay and would book it again if I’m back to the area. Cheers"

"Had a great room that was immaculate, just like the rest of the property. A bonus to have a decent car park, especially in Betws. Super location for exploring. Jeanette was friendly and helpful. Definitely going to book to go back again. The only thing needed to make it perfect would be an EV charger for my car, I know the owners are trying their best to accommodate this for the future."
