"I loved that the room I booked included a washer/dryer. My only complaint was that the air conditioner smelled mildewy/moldy so we did not use it at all. Thankfully we could open the window so that helped with the temperature in the room. Otherwise everything else was great."

"We had a wonderful time at the Keio Plaza. The staff are amazing and helped us navigate through a trip delay. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice. Our room was great, spacious and full of amenities. We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend the Keio Plaza!"

"Ac was the same as it was across all of Japan. It wasnt cold but it wasnt hot. They had a dyson bladless fan in the room if you needed air movement. My last day i reserved a cab and the staff at the front desk was very helpful in informing me that i could check out and wait for my cab in the lobby so that i wouldnt miss the cab driver when he came to check with the front desk for my availability. Over all this is a fantastic hotel also you can get all the way to shinjuku train station underground/under roads (to avoid the rain) from this hotel. I will mention for those who are traveling to Japan for the first time from America. The room which was a single bed was just a little wider than the bed was so it can be tight for larger luggage but i had two 28" tall checked roller bags and a massive back pack with me and still felt like i was able to get around within the room ok. If i had shared the room with another person with their luggage i would say a twin bed room might have been a wise choice. The location of this hotel with its proximity to the train station (3 blocks or so, probably a half mile makes it great for tokyo tourism especially if you have a rail pass and can jump the trains whenever youd like to go see more of tokyo. "

"This was the best hotel out of 5 hotels we stayed at on our 15 day trip to Japan. The room was the cleanest I ever seen in a hotel. The hotel had great amenities including coin laundry and toiletries such as face wash, lotion and even cleaning oil! An a 7/11 right in the basement! Room was so spacious for our family of 4. And the biggest bonus was the massage chair on our room. Great massage after a long day walking! Definitely stay there again on our next Tokyo trip! "

"It’s a popular hotel but basic rooms are very limited. Though, there is a washer/dryer and utensils, plates, chopsticks provided in the cabinet. Good if you want affordable stay, not good if you want to be in the heart of Shinjuku."

"It was a good stay. Not great but not terrible. The staff were friendly. The room was average... the bathroom had a smell to it, like sewage kind of. Not terrible enough to do anything about it. But it just felt dated and needing work. This was our last stay on our 9 day vacation. We stayed at 3 other hotels around the country and this was our least favourite. The location was amazing though. Walkable. Right across the street from the train station. The breakfast was great. An overall good experience but I'd likely not rebook."
