"Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. "The lady who checked us in was rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be at work at all. But the check out lady was absolutely amazing! We expected a nice room considering the price of it and how the rest of the hotel was. But it was very much average. The blankets had lumps in them and was uncomfortable. But everything else was great!"
