Upon arrival we were immediately helped and greeted by very friendly staff the whole place was clean and full of fun energy if we needed anything we were accommodated staff was amazing in every way nearby is the great mall of America which we walked to in approximately 15 minutes much better than finding a parking spot etc every day was full of adventures and I would definitely recommend enjoying time with your family at the great wolf lodge but be prepared to be fully worn out by the time you leave I thank all of the staff and will definitely be returning for another visit!!

The room and establishment were good. We were a little unfamiliar with this establishment, and when we first arrived, we were confused about the check-in procedure. After we finally got settled, the place was a lot of fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was very pricey, though.

Your kids will love the experience, even my one year old toddler enjoyed the pool and it was always a fight to get them out of it. They enjoyed it so much. As an adult I enjoyed all the amenities too, there was really no need to explore other places as the kids had so much fun just staying at the hotel.

My family had an amazing time here! We stayed in a suite and it provided so much extra space for us, it was nice to be able to spread out a bit. This Great Wolf is in a great location as well, it's literally a two minute drive to the south entrance of the Mall of America. There are also restaurants and stores nearby, it was fairly easy to get around, even with the construction.

It was our second time we stayed at GWL and it was okay. Getting ahold of housekeeping was tough so getting clean towels and our beds made didn’t happen. But our kids enjoyed all the activities and events throughout the day.

Everything is family friendly, that’s why the kids always want to comeback, the bad thing is can you add more time for waterparks open like 8am-10 pm so the kids more happier even the adults.
