"nice interactions with staff - super helpful and professional. beautiful lobby and bar spaces. this is a classic place that history holds well. location to the Ordway, the library and the Landmark Center is ideal. There are some great restaurants and cafes and a wonderful bookstore all very close by. the rooms are comfortable and well appointed and well tended by a very kind staff. we stay here again and again for all of the warmth and the history.
