It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. I requested a refund immediately they refused. I never got my money back. I had to book multiple hotels just to make it through my program.
