The bar is 24hrs which I was pleasantly shocked by. Nina was super helpful - had a little issue with the TV & she came & fixed it no problem. Luna was also great on check in! Amazing all around - would recommend! "

"Great hotel in great location. Wecoming and effiecient staff. Good sized room (kingsize double) with comfy beds and large shower room. Loved the wash items - soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Really good buffet breakfast with great hot and cold selection and served for a long period of time to suit guests with leisure and work requirments. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Hamburg."

"Stayed for 3 nights - room was not serviced/cleaned once, requested clean towels and toilet paper which was not provided. - Fantastic location and the staff were generally friendly when approached although requests for fresh towels were not met. - Upon arrival rooms were clean and tidy and although not the biggest were ideal for what we required."
