"I am really impressed with this hotel. It’s a great price and provides a really good product. The rooms are clean, well furnished and practical. A good bed, shower, large tv, fridge, coffee facilities and soundproofing. The staff are wonderful too and amazingly polite"

"Good enough. Definitely budget. Large room, sparsely furnished. Kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee available. Looks like you buy your own. Upkeep has been done but it’s largely patched on walls and fresh paint. Sign said to close shower door, but no door present. Felt like they’re doing just enough to keep it from falling apart. Shuttle available to and from the airport, but it is pay. For the money, good enough, just a little on the low-end of what I’d consider “budget” "

"Excellent hotel. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good especially coffee was excellent. Pool was very good. The only problem was that there was no airport shuttle service."

"We had a water leak in our room coming from the ceiling A/C condenser unit we believe...it wasn't just a a little drip, it was leaking alot....reported to staff at front desk. The breakfast buffet was really fabulous. The hotel was average to good...seemed a bit dated in places, carpets in hallways old and torn. Could use an upgrade. We were only there 1 night to catch a flight at Heathrow in the morning so served our purpose."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel for a convention. The lobby, ba,r and restaurant were perfectly fine. The staff was fantastic as always, including and especially the housekeepers. I skipped breakfast this time because during my previous day, I was not impressed with the breakfast. The eggs basically look like they came from a powder. And the coffee was subpar. However, these are simply the opinions of one individual. My room was well appointed, included a little refrigerator, and iron and ironing board, and was perfectly spacious for a single individual. The windows were well insulated. However, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot that can be done about this. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with this hotel. "

"Unbelievably disappointing. There is no “free shuttle” as advertised. The shuttle only runs every few hours & is not free. When I called the hotel for support, I was met with rude, snarky responses and ZERO help. Staff intermittently texted, but, never offered any genuine support, always after the fact. They then called the phone in my room after 9PM, when I was trying to sleep, to tell me they would offer a free shuttle ride back to the airport in the morning, but, it would leave too late (id already told them this via text) I had to pay nearly €50 each way.. for a room I was in for less than 8 hours. Incredibly frustrating & a HUGE waste of hard earned money. Horrible night"
