"The hotel was okay a bit old but room was okay clean but nothing woow. Area is safe i can say . Just keep in mind if you have luggage you are going to lug it up the stairs its very annoying its an old house made into hotel."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."

"Breakfast was expensive for what it was, staff overall were good, very helpful. Room clean but very poorly kept hotel in general from dehumdifier hanging off the wall as well as plug sockets and the bath tub with holes poorly filled in, didnt risk it. "

"Location isn’t clear it’s not on King St but down an alleyway, new signs would be more helpful as the sign on King St is over a premises that is closed. Rooms are small but adequate for the price. Worn carpets etc just need a refresh. Sofa bed very lumpy. Staff were pleasant & helpful, breakfast a good standard with lots of choice, breakfast to go was excellent. Would stay again great location for exploring London "

"It was in a good location 7 minutes from major train station/subway, and the area is nice and the room was bit smaller then I would have imagined."
