"Lovely hotel. A gem. Will be back but would like a better view. We had a view of college dorm windows staring at us. Everything else was perfect. Diner right next door. Near so much. Helpful staff. Great room. Our kitchen was amazing. Upstairs restaurant turns into awesome nighttime bar with outside area. Loved this place. "

"The check in person was CRAZY aggressive trying to upsell me $500/night for a suite. There was some strange noise in the wall from midnight to 3am. Like a cell phone was buried in the wall or something. buzzing/vibration. The bell staff were very nice. LOVED the giant family room."

"The reception staff was very helpful. The included breakfast had excellent options. We stayed for 5 nights and each day they had different hot food for breakfast. The hotel's proximity to grand central station made it very easy for us to use public transport."
