"Our family had a wonderful stay at K11 Artus. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing week-long stay. There are a Washer and Dryer inside the room very convenient for family with kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the size of the room gave me plenty of space to unwind. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and cleanliness. "

"I had a good time in this hostel. The manager, Sarry was very kind and hospitality and who was very helpful for me to arrange the booking in my room is clean nice and it comes with a good view. Overall, I would suggest people to stay in this hostel if you do not need to worry about the transportation because it’s in the middle it’s in the city Central. It’s walking distance to any Metro station I’ve been staying in the twin room and the single room. Both are great and it’s very in a budget."

"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. Only negatives is the shower could do with a lightbulb as it was very dark and other guests can be quite loud sometimes."
