"For context, this was not our first stay with Harrahs, however this will most certainly be the last. While we returned to Harrahs for the familiarity of the resort, we arrived and were advised our room that we reserved was not available. The room nor the tower was available. Which then lead to our stay being moved to another tower. The room had a king size bed, but from the hallway to the room you can tell this is an older section of the hotel. The bathroom has a standup shower that the water would pool at the bottom due to the slant of the foundation. If cleanliness is a pet peeve as it is for myself, I went out to buy a disinfectant because you can see the areas that were not tended too during cleaning. The wallpaper was peeling in areas of the room. The ice bucket was even falling apart. I honestly couldn’t even believe the quality of the room. What’s worse was the lack of communication from the property regarding the availability of my reservation no longer being available. Let alone I messaged the property and no one responded. Huge disappointment especially since we were staying to celebrate a birthday. I expected much more and unfortunately this stay fell short. "

"We will stay here again. The staff was wonderful and the location was great. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The area is safe and the hotel was very safe and secure. "

"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "

"Hotel room was spacious, beds were ok. Bathroom is ready for a refurb. Hotel in general needs a refurb. Breakfast was terrible. All in all an ok stay."
