Heidi was very helpful. She upgraded my booking, solve a little challenge I had with the booking. Angel was awesome. I forgot my backpack at the lobby, he was able to open the door to me at 4AM. It was an excellent stay. I will do it again.

The staff, especially the manager who was there when we checked in, was very friendly and accommodating. We requested for a quiet room, and she gave us a room on the upper floor and not close to the club next door. Check-in process was quick and easy. The manager recommended "Limoncello" the Italian restaurant in the lobby of the hotel (which we like as well). She showed us the restaurant and reminded our food server to give us 20% discount. The hotel is close to Cruise Port of Miami. We stayed in this hotel just for one night. The room is clean with all amenities as advertised, but I think the lobby furniture need some cleaning or updating.

Reynaldo, the attendant, is very helpful! The only thing I think could be improved is replacing the sofa and reception desk, as they are old and a little dirty.
