I really wanted to love this property, but unfortunately, it was not worth the price. The smell of mold was overwhelming, and now I am feeling sick because I am convinced there was mold in my room. The distance from the front was also a challenge for me as a disabled person, requiring a ride on the golf cart which never arrived. The language barrier only added to the frustration.
While the room was spacious, the tub was filthy, and I was disappointed to learn that they do not clean the rooms until after you leave, and it comes with an extra charge. The room service food was cold, adding to the overall negative experience. At $400 for two nights, it was a steep price to pay for such disappointments.
To make matters worse, the elevator stopped working, leaving me to rely on the help of a total stranger to get to my room. I strongly urge others to consider alternative accommodations in Florida, as the cost may be high but the risks of getting sick from mold or staying in unclean rooms are not worth it. I was truly saddened by the discrepancy between the online appearance and the reality of my stay.
When considering reviews, it's important to take them seriously. In my own experience, I trusted this property and ended up getting sick without any communication or assistance from the hotel. It was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise choosing a different place, especially if you have disabilities as they do not accommodate them well. Be cautious and prioritize your health
