This is a well located property with pool and back area. Perfect for everyone in the family. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has everything you need. The walk in pool is certainly a big hit.

People at the front desk went above and beyond for us. Front entrance people need to be a bit more attentive helping arrivals and departures with their bags. You shouldn't have to ask. Workout room is small but doable. The workout station is adequate, but you can barely move the mechanisms. All it needs is a little WD40 applied to the rails and pins. Simple. You have to remember the hotel is 78 years old like the others on Collins, but it is clean and it has great ambience. Rooms were extremely quiet at night (probably due to the 1940's construction) Pool music was awesome and not blasting like some of the hotels on Collins. If you're looking to chill, this is the place for you. Will definitely return.

Had an ocean view balcony room and it was the best experience. Saw the sunrise every morning and enjoyed a lovely breeze. The staff was very helpful. Every room service order was delivered in 15-20 minutes and the food tasted great. Just an amazing over all.

It was our 2nd stay in 5 months at Sagamore. Great hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly. Some remembered us from our last stay. The rooms need to be upgraded. We had an incident in our room on the last night, but it was quickly taken care by Melody. We would definitely return again.

Our family of four loved our stay at the Sagamore! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved having a large balcony and a fridge in the room. We also enjoyed a complimentary textured art workshop. The pool was gorgeous and there were plenty of shaded spots to relax outdoors. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had to switch hotels due to an issue with our previous room A/C. We were able to secure a room at the Sagamore and wish we had stayed there from day 1. Amazing staff, spacious and clean rooms. The pool was great, and direct access to the beach with lounge chair/umbrella was a big plus. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the gym and spa. Staff was extremely polite is every interaction we had. Will absolutely stay here again.

Every time I return, I am reminded why this property has become such a meaningful place for me and my family. The hospitality, warmth, and genuine care shown by the staff are what make every stay so memorable. From the moment I arrive, I feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs always make my experience exceptional. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of bringing my daughter, Zoë, with me, and watching her grow while returning to The Sagamore has made the experience even more special. She has always expressed how much she loves coming here and how it feels like our home away from home but only better. There is something incredibly comforting about returning to a place where you already know you will be welcomed with warmth and treated so well. The beautiful atmosphere, beachfront location, and wonderful staff are amazing, but it is the people who truly make The Sagamore stand out. Thank you for consistently making each visit such a joy. I genuinely look forward to coming back again and again, and I am so grateful that The Sagamore has become such a special part of our family’s memories
