Riu Flamingos - All Inclusive

"I was a little hesitant because a lot of negative reviews on here about the food. And also on other social media platforms the main reason a lot of people didn't like the riu was because again the food. I have to say the food was the best food I've had at a resort. So fresh delicious and it's served as a buffet style breakfast lunch and dinner! I will say the only down side is they close the pools a little too early, but I also understand when alcohol is around but the pools are open from 10-7 . Also the pools are a little to warm not cold at all. I also wanna mention that the staff is so helpful so caring they restock your mini fridge daily with soda water and anything you need th staff is super attentive. Even if you had a little too much to drink they will take you out the pool and wheel you back to your room or lay you down on the pool beds. The location is a little far from the malecón but uber is super affordable I am super impressed But over all I'll be returning to this riu and next year hopefully going to riu Cancun!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta! Our stay at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The resort is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the entire property has such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. A special thank you to Diego and Arce for their outstanding service and for making our experience even more memorable! The food, drinks, pools, beach, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. You can really tell that the staff takes pride in making their guests feel special. I would highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta to anyone looking for a beautiful resort, incredible views, great service, and an unforgettable vacation. "I really enjoy this hotel. The location is great. Beach is nice, resort is small. We did notice it was a lot busier in September than February and staff were not quite as friendly as they were. But I do need to call out a few that stand out- servers- Oscar, Luis, David. And the tall chef at teppanyaki, he was fabulous!! The lady who works at the royal desk is so friendly and helpful. There was a great female server in Royal too. Armando in entertainment is always entertaining and he said everything in English so we understood. Our teenage daughter even enjoyed it."

"The room was very clean. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Had a great time there and would go back again. The Italian restaurant was not that great but the other restaurants were delicious. We loved getting service by the pool and room service."

"The hotel is very clean and well organized, and the staff is extremely helpful and respectful. Special mention to Bell Boy Luis - he was amazing! The buffet restaurant is the best for food with a great variety of options. The only downside was the membership sales staff, they can be quite pushy and keep bothering you."

"The property and amenities were great. The pools need to be re-tiled or have the tile repaired. The swim-up bar was crowded most of the time. Drinks take longer a swim-up bar since they only had two bartenders preparing drinks. You will receive your drinks faster if you request them with the servers."
