"We made the mistake of picking the cheapest room, which had only a window into an internal space. We traveled at a hot time of year and we boiled! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a street window. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We felt safe inside the hotel, but we took a walk and discovered a very sketchy neighborhood just across the street. So get a street-facing room and take a taxi at least to the park if you stay here. "I highly recommend this hotel. The suites were very roomy and clean, and the beds were wonderful. The team on site was super friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping, with easy access to major freeways and avenues. The only real downside was the parking (extremely tight). Overall a great choice!"

Walls are thin so noise does filter through a bit, shower water takes a few minutes to heat up but overall had a good stay. Close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants in Polanco. "

The room was really nice, clean and with all the amenities i need it. Location was great and super accessible.
