"No housekeeping, had to take out own trash, phone didn't work, had to go to the front desk to return dirty towels and get new ones. No pool no free breakfast. No real amenities at all to speak of."

In room safe was quite old and key only operated 7. False fire alarm went off midday. I tried to get my valuables out of the safe but the key didn’t work. Hotel manager had to reset tumblers 8. The emergency alert sounded in the hall and not in the room. 9. Water pressure in shower a little low."
